| 1) 0800Reconx Ltd. Limited is
a New Zealand Registered Company number 1556011 We can be contacted

And we are GST Registered: 91128124
2) The activation fee is a non refundable service
and administrative fee to get you connected with a new home
phone line.
3) Most home phone lines will be able to be
connected easily, however if a technician is required an extra
$69 will need to be paid before the home line can be connected.
4) Our Service Level Agreement with our supplier
means we aim to have your home phone line installed within 5
working days.
5) You must pay either the full month or one
fortnightly payment with the activation fee. You can pay monthly
in advance $96.00 or every fortnight at $48 or weekly at $24 (weekly payments may be made via Direct Debit and AP only). We must receive
your payment by the anniversary of the connection date i.e.
If you are paying monthly and your home phone line was connected
on 1 October you must pay 0800 Reconx by 1 November for your
next month's rental.
6) Payment Options include one of the following:
a. Pay at any NZ PostShop or Books & More Outlet
b. Make a Bill payments through your bank account either online
or in person
c. Set up and Automatic Payment with your bank
d. Request a Direct Debit form and we can manage the payments on your selected payment date e. Call us at 09 630 6191 and pay with your Visa or MasterCard
7) If you are switching from another phone company
then 0800 Reconx may waive the activation fee. The home
phone line must still be active when we arrange the switch and
you must also agree to transfer the line from your supplier
to 0800 Reconx.
8) 0800 Reconx requires 30 days notice to
cancel a service. If you terminate your services (i.e. move to another provider or cancel your service) without notifying 0800 Reconx the normal charges will apply for a further 30 days from termination
9) If your pre payment arrives after the anniversary
of the connection date then a $5 late fee will be added to the
account.
10) 0800Reconx will attempt to call you
before each payment is required to remind you to pre pay and
we may also send you a reminder in the mail.
11) If payment is not received 7 days after the anniversary of the connection date then
the home phone number will be disconnected. 0800 Reconx
cannot guarantee that you will keep your home phone number if
the number is disconnected and you want us to reconnect it.
And remember you will have to pay the non refundable service
and administrative fee again and any overdue amount before service
is reinstalled.
12) 0800Reconx will not be held liable
for any disruption to service which is not controllable by 0800Reconx
(e.g. a telephone pole coming down or a lightning strike)
13) All home phone lines will have a toll bar
placed on them but you can make unlimited local calls.
14) All prices quoted include GST.
15) 0800Reconx is subject to the Privacy
Act and we follow the 12 Information Privacy Principles. You
are also protected by the Consumer Guarantees Act and as a service
provider amongst other things 0800Reconx Ltd. will perform our
services with reasonable care and skill and complete them within
a reasonable time.
